ETFE Adhesive Tapes

Adhesive repair tape for film greenhouses: Adhesive tapes made of ETFE film are ideal for repairing greenhouses made of high-quality films. The adhesive tapes in the product range CMC 777xx adhere to almost any sub-surfaces permanently and are resistant to weathering. Even moisture and light dirt do not prevent an effective repair (although cleaning is always recommended as a matter of principle).

Adhesive ETFE tapes are available in width from 10 mm to 100 mm (CMC 77701 up to 500 mm; 0,4 inch to 20 inch). Standard is 50 mm and 100 mm, but you can choose any width in mm-steps you need.

Good heat insulation when using ETFE cushions as a result of the air cushion between the layers of film

Good acoustic properties, as the soft film does not form any hard reflective surfaces and therefore no disruptive echoes are created in the space

Non-flammable film that melts in the event of a fire without spreading the fire

Mechanically very practical material with good elasticity and resistance to ripping and tearing

Can be thermoformed and thermo-welded

Extremely strong resistance to UV, weathering, chemicals and both high and low temperatures

Unlike glass, ETFE films follow subsequent deformation of the structure

Low smoke generation, low toxicity in the event of a fire

Better mechanical strength (pressure, tensile) than PTFE

Adhesion with CMC 77700, CMC 77701 and CMC 77703 adhesive tapes also stable under water (adhesion in dry state)

Self-adhesive ETFE films are excellent protective surfaces that are easy to clean and offer high chemical resistance

ETFE adhesive tapes from CMC Klebetechnik are an excellent choice for adhering ETFE films. Good adhesion force, no risk of sub-surface migration and high transparency are guaranteed.
ETrepPAD
ETrepPADs are made from ET-Nowofol film from Nowofol, which has been tried and tested throughout the world. They are available in various sizes and are a cost-effective alternative to film welding or even module replacement, for example.
