Black polyester tape with rubber adhesive for good adhesion to a variety of low energy surfaces. Recommended for splicing applications, where visibility of the splices is crucial. Splicing tapes for repellent/siliconised (anti-adhesive) surfaces
In the paper and film industry, rolled goods are always having to be joined together to make them continuous. The adhesive tapes used to make continuous rolls are referred to as splice adhesive tapes. For simple tasks, tapes coated with rubber or acrylic adhesive usually suffice.

CMC 10617 is specially designed to provide a good adhesion to siliconized surfaces. It is thus predestined for applications with film and paper producers for sticking the goods to the core, for continuous production during production or as sealing tape.
CMC 10617 is available in a variety of colors and additionally serves as signaling (for example, good-bad marking) via this color.

CMC 10623 is a polyester adhesive tape on one side equipped with a polysiloxane adhesive. Due to the adhesive used, it is particularly suitable for bonding to various siliconized and repellent surfaces. In the film and paper industry, the adhesive tape can be used inter alia as a splicing adhesive tape for siliconized web products. In contrast to CMC 10617, the material can also be used for splice applications at high temperatures
