Thermal Management - Gap-Filler
Gap-Filler are soft, elastic, thick pads. They compensate differences in height between components. This improves the heat transfer between the surfaces. Due to their natural self-adherence they ensure a simplified pre-assembly.
Available as sheets, individual parts or kiss cut parts on sheets.
Application:
Thermal coupling of e.g. LEDs, SMD, capacitors, Heat Pipes, mobile electronics, telecommunication equipment, medical technology, automotive applications
All gap fillers can be supplied as sheets (in standard formatting or smaller) or customized as loose parts or as shaped parts on sheets.
