Thermal Management - heat-conducting silicone films

Silicone films are elastic and compensate surface roughness and manufacturing tolerances. The addition of heat-conducting fillers leads to a significantly improved heat transfer with good electrical insulation. Silicone films are available in various thicknesses, in a wide range of hardness and with different thermal conductivity. This facilitates adaptation to the respective installation situation.

Available as rolls, sheets, individual parts or kiss cut parts on rolls as well as on sheets.

Application:

Thermal coupling of e.g. MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, rec-tifier, electronic modules, transistors, inverter, engine controls, automotive applications, solar technology

All thermal-conductung silicone films are available as rolls, sheets, individual die-cut parts or Kiss Cut parts on a roll as well as on sheets. If required, many versions are also available as single-sided or double-sided adhesive.
